Cedar City Utah Lodging Policies
Amid Summer’s Inn Bed and Breakfast welcomes you. We would appreciate it if you would review these policies before making a reservation.
Room rates are based per night for single or double occupancy and include a full breakfast. (Each additional person is $10.00)
State and Local taxes are applicable.
Our policy is to never overbook rooms. When reserving a room for you, we agree to turn away all other requests for the room you select and guarantee to hold it for the nights you reserve. Since we are a small B&B, we are unable to make exceptions to our cancellation policy.
You may cancel your reservation free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The first night’s rate will be charged if cancelling within 13 days of your arrival date.
If renting the whole house, cancellations need to be made four weeks in advance.
Cancellations will only be honored if you have spoken directly with the innkeepers. We will not be responsible for messages by mail, email or left on an answering machine.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check-in is between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Please call 435-586-2600 if special arrangements need to be made. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Check-out is 11:00 AM.
Quiet time for the property is 9:30 PM.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
Whole house rentals require payment in full 30 days prior to arrival. A deposit paid by check must be received four weeks in advance of your stay.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Travelers Checks or cash.
Any credits or vouchers are non-transferable.
If you have a gift certificate please mention it at the time of your booking.
We make an effort to provide a quiet and relaxing vacation atmosphere. Younger children are welcome but please consult with Dennis or Starla if you wish to bring a child under 12, so it can be determined if they would be happy in this type of environment.
For the safety and consideration of others, and out of deference to our guests who have allergies, pets are not allowed.
SMOKING & FIRES
We are a smoke-free facility, however, sitting areas are available on the grounds for our smoking guests.
Because of our insurance policy, no candles or incense burning is permitted. If anyone in your party smokes indoors, or if candles are burned in the room, there will be a $250 cleaning charge.
