Children: In an effort to provide a quiet relaxing atmosphere, please consult with Charlene if you wish to bring a child under 12 who would be happy in this type of environment.

Room rates are for double occupancy (one bed) Each additional person is $15.00 Deposit: A deposit of $30 per room per night is required to hold the room, not to exceed first night stay.

Cancellation Policy: If canceled within 14 days guest pays full room rates. This is applied as a credit towards guest stay at a later date. If room is rented, a refund can be given minus a $30 deposit which goes towards a guest stay at a later date, based on availability.

For the safety and consideration of others, all rooms are non-smoking and pet free. Sitting areas available on the grounds for our smoking guests.
